Tulle skirt

Tulle skirt with underskirt, asymmetrical edges. Suitable for New Year's parties, gatherings, carnivals. Elastic waist, will fit a smaller stature, the skirt is quite long. Let's say, the price I bought it for is way too much, but a fiver is okay. 🙂 The tulle edges tend to catch when walking, and some stars may fall off, but it looks impressive and for events once a year, it's very okay.
