Microwave cooking dish with steam. Description:

101° MicroGourmet allows cooking food in the microwave using steam. This method guarantees fat-free meals while preserving nutrients, fatty acids, natural flavors, and vitamins. It steams both fresh and frozen products, and food can be reheated and kept warm until serving. It consists of a 2.5-liter steaming base with steaming holes, a lid, a 400 ml water tray, and a 600 ml perforated tray. The base and lid have an internal shield that is not microwave permeable, so microwaves are reflected and directed to the water in the water tray, which turns into steam. Steam passes through the perforated bottom of the base and cooks the food.

I intended to make healthy cooking more convenient, but I never bought a microwave oven.
It also comes with instructions in Latvian and Russian.
