The size indicated on the tag is 134cm, which is the size that can be let out. We have sewn in elastic because our daughter wore it from the age of 5. Currently, the waist elastic is sewn to 48cm (can be undone). It was for our daughter at the 116cm size, which is why I put it in that section. The skirt length is 38cm.
