Buy a wooden cabin and live in the forest during the summer. Only 500m to the paved road. Around the house, there is 0.5ha of land. No neighbors with constantly roaring lawnmowers. PEACE and QUIET!!!! Nature, mushrooms, your own firewood, barbecue, berries, lake, sun, will be better than the hot resort in Spain. If desired, there's an opportunity to tend a small garden right next to the cabin. There are more photos, can't fit much here.
The interior is lined with planed Siberian spruce and insulated with
10cm mineral wool, practically unused, needing little, heating in autumn and winter with a gas stove, but of course, a wood stove can be installed. Pleasant breathing and healthy air ensured.
Simple foundations, not heavy.
The cabin is actually meant to be transported to your own land, but if you like this place of mine, it can stay here and the land can be transferred. Then the price will be different (plus a fence around), but all within reasonable limits.
