The specified size is for 2-4 years, but it doesn't fully match reality. This hat is much smaller in size, and I tried it on my son, who is currently 10 months old, and it fits his head circumference perfectly. For my 3-year-old daughter, this hat is already too small. Therefore, I think it would be just right for a little girl around 1 year old. With insulation inside.
