Women's burgundy patent leather shoes

Worn a couple of times, still can't walk in heels. Indicated size 41, but in reality, it's size 40. Current color - burgundy or burgundy. There is a small scratch on the heel, visible in the last picture, not noticeable from a distance. Sending.
