The skirt is sewn by a seamstress from very high-quality skirt fabric (fabric purchased at Carnevale store), which does not wrinkle. It has a lining and tulle sewn at the hem to highlight the pattern.
For reference, I photographed it with a blouse, which is also in my listings.
