Maybe someone could use a 37” Philips LCD TV with Ambilight function (Ambilight works only on one side). It is NOT a smart TV, but it performs its primary functions very well (can connect all decoders, PC, etc.). Model: 37PFL7603D/10 (no longer produced, but specifications can be found online). The remote control is a bit temperamental, but skilled hands might be able to fix it or replace it with a universal remote. Self-pickup from Mežaparks, Riga (1st floor).
