Plus size long winter jacket

A very beautiful, extended winter jacket/coat. I made a mistake with the size, overestimated myself, and the jacket is too wide. I considered tailoring it, but then the cost might be like buying a new one 🤷
A dry cleaner would be needed for complete satisfaction.
So the measurements are:
When opened, measuring the back from armpit to armpit is 78cm.
The rest is measured "over the insulation" when closed (if necessary, I can send a photo for clarity). Chest - 69*2cm
Waist - 72*2
Length - 109cm
Sleeve from armpit - 44cm
Large comfortable hood, pockets. Knit cuffs at the sleeve ends.
