Salomon Aspen Aerogel Waterproof Winter Boots.

These boots have endured the harsh cold and snow of Lapland, served excellently, and can definitely still serve someone (they are no longer relevant for me). The sole is superb, does not slip on pure ice!

These are not hiking boots! Suitable for being in extreme cold and snow with low/medium activity. They might be suitable for winter fishing. Firm, thick sole - you can wade through deep snow and walk through thawing slush.

The exterior is no longer white, but functionally everything is in place. I recommend them to those who usually wear size 39, as there is room for thicker socks and an additional fleece insole if preparing for Lapland-worthy adventures.
