Noticeable

Beautiful bright blue dress with pockets. It is not stretchy, the fabric is firm but not thick. Whenever I wear it, I always receive compliments. The front is slightly shorter, and the sleeves are 3/4 length. There is no lining. It will fit sizes M (if with a belt) to XL.
