I would say it's in excellent condition, but the clock is missing some numbers and the hands stay down when not touched. There are also signs of wear here and there, but everything is washable and cleanable.
The rug is very soft and comfortable.
The playpen size is 155cm x 155cm, but you can also not use all parts and accordingly adjust its size. The rug can also be adjustable in size.
